Group Coaching

  • This inlucludes everything from the individual coaching package but it is group-oriented.
  • Your group pays a total of $250/month, split among all participants
  • Every member receives a personalized training plan that aligns with group goals, while still focusing on individual progress
  • Group communication, group strength and conditioning sessions, and joint check-ins keep everyone motivated and progressing together
