Alec Scheerer is a current elite-level cross country and track distance runner who understands firsthand what it takes to rise, rebuild, and ascend to new heights. After competing in both NCAA Division I and Division II programs—earning varsity positions in cross country and track at each—he graduated feeling burnt out and performing below his potential.
